These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of upranke.com and the services offered by Upranke ("Upranke", "we", "us", or "our"), including our AI visibility platform, Growth plans, and any related reports, audits, or consulting work (together, the "Services").
By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking a demo, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
Upranke tracks and reports on how brands appear across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Bing AI, and provides tools and, on Growth plans, hands-on execution to improve that visibility.
Platform plans (Solo, Pro, Agency) provide access to our tracking, audit, and reporting tools. Growth plans (Launchpad+, Ascend+, Dominate+, and Custom/Enterprise) include full platform access plus done-for-you strategy and content execution delivered by our team.
We continuously improve our Services, and features, engine coverage, and platform capabilities may change over time as AI search itself evolves.
Where we provide a free AI visibility report, audit, or demo, it is provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate our Services. Figures shown in an initial audit are a snapshot at the time of analysis and are not a guarantee of future results.
Platform plans are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout. Growth plans are billed monthly and are subject to the minimum-commitment period stated on the plan you select (for example, a 3-month or 6-month minimum) at the time of purchase.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Add-ons are billed in addition to your base plan at the rates described on our Pricing page, or as agreed for Custom/Enterprise engagements.
We may change our prices for future billing cycles. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
To deliver our Services, we may need timely access to your website, content management system, or relevant accounts, and prompt feedback on drafts, briefs, or strategy recommendations. Delays on your end may affect the timelines we have quoted.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us, including your brand, category, and competitor details, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content, trademarks, or materials you ask us to publish or optimise on your behalf.
Upranke retains all rights to our platform, dashboard, reports format, and underlying methodology. Content we create for you as part of a Growth plan (such as GEO content pages, schema, and strategy documents) becomes your property once paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not copy, resell, or sublicense access to the Upranke platform itself without our prior written consent.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, strategy, or performance information shared by the other party in connection with the Services, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services.
You may cancel a monthly Platform plan at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Growth plans may be cancelled after the applicable minimum-commitment period has been completed, with notice as agreed at signup.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if fees remain unpaid, if these Terms are materially breached, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a legal or security risk.
AI visibility depends on factors outside our control, including changes made by AI platforms to how they select and cite sources. While we work to improve your visibility using the strategies described on this site, we do not guarantee specific rankings, citation counts, or outcomes from any platform.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upranke will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
